Founded in 2009 as a partnership between father and son, Rex GeRoy and Joe GeRoy.
Joe GeRoy: General Contractor
Growing up, Joe has always loved construction. He used to join his dad on his jobsites as a kid, and the passion has stayed with him! He is a proud alumni of Washington State University, and now spends his free time skiing, golfing, and boating with his beautiful family! His wife, Lauren, and daughter, Emmy, also like to enjoy CenturyLink Field as a Seahawks season ticket holder. He has a strong passion for delivering quality remodeling work combined with excellent communication along the way.
Our company was founded in 2009 as a partnership between father and son, Rex GeRoy and Joe GeRoy. Rex has had over 30 years of experience building both custom homes and remodeling existing ones. While Joe has had 10 years of experience working in corporate finance and accounting when the company was founded. We combine construction knowledge with a sound understanding of budgeting and financials related to the business. Rex retired in 2015, and Joe has taken over running the business smoothly ever since.

Dust Mitigation
We partition off the work are from the rest of the home, dust extractors (BuildClean) to capture the dust during demolition, and rough carpentry phases.
Subcontractors
We use highly skilled subcontractors for the phases of the remodels that my company does not perform, things like plumbing, electrical, drywall, tile, painting. Using skilled subcontractors in these areas to ensure the best possible outcome of your projects. We believe in bringing the best people to the table for all phases.
Communication
We send out weekly status updates, and we make sure you know what to expect each day so that you can be prepared.
